Your pharmacist can discuss your prescription and 0ver-the-counter (OTC) medications. All our Pharmacies provide the following services:

• dispensing of medicines and appliances
• advice on managing and treating your minor ailment health issues and healthy living
• signposting you to the appropriate healthcare professional when you require it
• use of the electronic prescription service where GPs can electronically send us your prescriptions (with agreement from your GP)
• Sale of none-prescription OTC medicines such as cough syrups and co-codamol
• an emergency supply of medicines, subject to the clinical decision of your pharmacist (there will be a charge if you are not exempt from prescription charges)
• disposal of unwanted medicines

Our pharmacies can also help you from diagnosing minor conditions and injuries to discussing potential treatment options for you in a range of areas such as:

• coughs and colds
• pain
• sore throat
• earache
• water infections
• skin rashes
• teething
• red eye
• local infections

The pharmacist will know when the condition is serious enough to seek further medical attention and will signpost you to the relevant medical practitioner.
